We count scheduled library refreshes and live endpoints (such as SEC EDGAR or ClinicalTrials.gov) once each, even when the same agency appears in both. Separate government websites or APIs are listed separately (for example distinct CMS or international agency surfaces). Supplemental web search for news recency is not included in the official total.
